of the Year (Global / Local)

The winner, being from the European operations of a non-European company, will have best exemplified outstanding leadership in business. They will have achieved positive financial results, increased shareholder value, be an exemplar of sound management, demonstrated innovation and best business practice in the European operation, together with intangible qualities such as integrity and vision.

Innovator of the Year

This award will be presented to the individual who with outstanding leadership, has transformed a market, company, product or service. The nominees will be leading their organisations in innovation and/or special advancements in technology, business practices, management, production and / or operations.

Outstanding Leadership in Business Practices

The winner of this award will have, with outstanding leadership, created an exemplary model of excellence in corporate governance, independence, social responsibility, ethics, values and integrity.

Entrepreneur of the Year

This individual will have displayed exceptional vision and leadership in building a company from the ground up. They will be a founder, majority (or largest single) owner, and driving force of a company that has made a major contribution to an industry and notable commercial success in revenue and profit growth.
